How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Items for shipping within the Philippines

Metro Manila & Rizal -   1 to 2 business days from confirmation of order and payment (excluding Holidays & Sundays) via 2GO Express

Outside Metro Manila - 1 to 3 business days from confirmation of order and payment (excluding Holidays & Sundays) via 2GO Express

 

Items for shipping outside the Philippines

International Express - 1 to 3 business days from confirmation of order and payment (excluding Holidays & Sundays) via UPS

Express Postal Mail Service (EMS) - 5 to 15 business days from confirmation of order and payment (excluding Holidays & Sundays) via SpeedPost by SingPost

Postal (Premium Registered Mail) - 15 to 17 business days for Asia and up to 6 weeks for outside Asia from confirmation of order and payment (excluding Holidays & Sundays) via SingPost

May I track my order?

For items shipped within the Philippines, you may track your items through the websites of 2GO Express. Your tracking number and shipper will be indicated in your Order Confirmation e-mail.

For items shipped to other countries, you may track your items through the websites of XEND EXPRESSUPS, Speedpost by SingPost and Singpost.  Your 1st tracking number will be generated by Xend Express and will be indicated in your "Xend Shipping Information" e-mail.  Please allow at least 24 hours for your tracking number to be encoded into the Xend Express system before you track your order.  Once your parcel leaves the Philippines, it will be assigned a 2nd international tracking number which will be indicated in your parcel's tracking record on the Xend Express website.  You may continue to track your parcel there using your 1st tracking number.  Once a parcel reaches its country of destination, it is passed on to the local UPS, or Post Office (e.g. USPS for USA, Royal Mail for the UK, etc.) You may then use your 2nd international tracking number to track your parcel from within your country.

For shipments to Australia, please note that international parcels that have arrived in Australia are not tracked by Australia Post's website.  Once your Xend Tracking information shows that your parcel has arrived in Australia, you must contact your local post office to arrange delivery.​

 

May I have my order delivered to a different address from my billing address?

Yes. Simply indicate your shipping address during checkout.

 

What customs charges do I need to pay?

All shipments crossing international borders must be cleared by the destination country’s Customs Office prior to delivery to the consignee. Customs and importation laws vary from country to country and hold the consignee responsible for any and all duties and taxes assessed against any article or merchandise arriving in their country. The amount you pay for shipping and handling does not include any duties and taxes your country's Customs Office may charge you.
