The Philippine Volcanoes™ Official Online Store will do whatever we can within our policy to ensure that you remain a satisfied customer of ours - that's the spirit behind our store and our returns policy.

To commence a product return please complete a Returns and Exchange Application providing proof of purchase as well as any additional comments regarding your order before you return any products to us. Further instructions will be provided when we reply to your email.

 

What is your returns policy?

We inspect all deliveries from the Philippine Volcanoes™ Official Online Store to ensure the goods you receive meet our quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item/s please contact us via shopvolcanoes@worldexco.com or commence a product return via the Returns and Exchange Application.

The Philippine Volcanoes™ Official Online Store is will accept the return of goods for a full refund within 14 days of receipt by you if a product is not of merchandisable quality i.e. faulty/damaged. The Philippine Volcanoes™ Official Online Store will gladly assume responsibility for postage and handling costs associated with the return of faulty/damaged products.

Please choose carefully, refunds are not provided for change of mind.

 

The garment does not fit. Will you let me exchange my purchase?

To avoid exchanges of garments for sizes, please refer to the size chart provided per garment. However, the Philippine Volcanoes™ Official Online Store will accept the exchange of garments for different sizes and colors within 14 days of receipt by you, as long as the product is returned to us in its original condition, unworn with the tag still attached.

Please note that in this case, postage and handling costs on returns are not the responsibility of The Philippine Volcanoes™ Official Online Store.

 

What information do I need to send with my return?

Goods must be returned in original condition, unworn and with tags attached. Please ensure you have your supporting documentation as proof of purchase. Please ensure that you indicate clearly in the Returns and Exchange Application your reason for return and your preferred remedy, i.e. whether you would like an exchange or refund (if the product is faulty/damaged) and if an exchange, the exact details of what you would like, including the name, size and color as per the information for that item on our website.

 

Can I return or exchange my online purchase at a store?

At this point in time there are no physical stores in operation so this is not possible.
